Description
Ludeca RollAlign (RollCheck) system for checking alignment of rolls or for quick replacement of a roll. Mount the Ludeca RollAlign laser emitter unit on the reference roll and the RollAlign reflector on the roll to be adjusted. The vertical groove serves as a guide to align the reflector to the emitter unit. The horizontal laser line is lined-up with the horizontal groove. Instantly determine if the vertical angle (pitch) exists between the rolls. Both laser lines will be reflected back towards the emitter unit. The vertical reflected line lets you quickly align the rolls to eliminate any horizontal angle (make them parallel). This is a complete demo system great condition. It includes both the laser emitter unit and the reflector unit, the mounting straps and instructions in two cases.
